FAQs

Do you ship orders to Canada?
Yes, we ship orders all over the world. Large orders that can't be shipped via UPS will require customs clearance, usually done by a customs broker or forwarding agent depending on your destination.

All order communication will occur via E-mail and through Celina's chat service, it is very important that your e-mail address is current. Please verify that the shipping address and contact information are correct.

How much is it to ship to Canada?
Your shipping cost will be determined by the size and weight of your order, and the shipping destination. Canadian shipments are calculated on a per-order basis by a CELINA Customer Account Manager - contact us for a shipping estimate. CELINA only provides door-to-door international shipping to Canadian customers.

PLEASE NOTE: Certain countries charge additional customs fees and independent carrier charges. CELINA cannot anticipate these costs and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred. Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office to find out what kinds of fees you can expect.

Are there any other charges, taxes or duties?
You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Neither the transportation company nor CELINA can be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. CELINA has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Depending on the country, you may need to have a broker or freight forwarder process your incoming order for customs clearance. Please consult your local customs office to see if this is needed and for a list of approved brokers/forwarders.

Each country has its own customs regulations that may or may not apply to products or material included in your order. When ordering from CELINA, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Each order will be accompanied by a customs form that will document what is in the package and its dollar value. If anything is damaged, customs officials will need to know the value of the items. Contact your local customs office for further information.

What does a customs broker or freight forwarder do?
Customs brokers or forwarding agents are third party companies that process shipments for clearance into different countries. These companies are employed by the customer to help them navigate the customs process and ensure timely clearance of materials moving into other countries.
