Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to CELINA within 15 days of purchase date, subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise.


  • CELINA is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any product(s) bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the product(s) only.

  • If products were shipped to you as a result of our error, CELINA will pay for the return freight.

  • If products were ordered in error, then you must pay for return shipping and you will be credited for the return less a restocking fee of 30%. Original shipping charges are non-refundable on returned items.

  • Defective items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion for the same or equivalent product.

  • A Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from CELINA before returning any products or parts. The RMA# must be clearly marked on the outside of each returned package. Unmarked packages that do not include an RMA# will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, and all accessories.

  • You are responsible for any damages to the returned product while in your possession and/or during return shipping.

  • The return is subject to change due to the condition of product once returned to CELINA

  • If the product is deemed not able to be restocked, the customer will be responsible for providing a shipping account number to have product returned to them, or product will be discarded and no credit will be issued.

No Returns or Exchanges are Accepted on the Following:

  • Products manufactured to a specific or non-standard size

  • Products manufactured to a specific color

  • Custom printed products

  • Products purchased for an event, used, and then returned afterwards

RMA Request & Return Instructions

Step 1: Request an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization

  • Complete the online form in its entirety and return to Celina Tent, Inc.

  • All RMA request forms must be completed and returned to our office in order to obtain RMA #.

  • Incomplete forms will not be issued an RMA #.

  • You will receive an RMA # within 72 hours of your RMA request. If you have not received RMA # within that time, contact us to ensure that the RMA request was received.

When the RMA request is received:

  • A technician will review the RMA request.

  • If the issue can be fixed over the phone, or if more information is needed regarding the issue, a technician may call or email you directly to clarify.

  • Once an RMA # is generated, an RMA form will be provided to you with instructions on how to return the product to CELINA.

  • The RMA # and form will be returned to you by email or fax only.

Advance Replacement

  • If an advance replacement is required, CELINA must have a new purchase order and/or payment in order to release the replacement product.

  • If an advance replacement is requested, the customer agrees to pay for ALL shipping and handling costs of the replacement item.

  • If a returned item is not repairable or damaged out of warranty, the customer agrees to pay for replacement item(s).

Step 2: Pack the Items

  • Place your item in the original packaging and/or pallets and secure.

  • The RMA # must be clearly written on the shipment.

  • Print the label you received in the email and tape it to the carton.

Step 3: Ship the Items

  • An RMA automatically expires 20 business days from the RMA # issue date if the product has not been received by CELINA.

  • Any damage or shipping stickers applied to the original packaging during shipping will affect the return and can result in larger restocking charges on that item.

  • The RMA # must accompany returning items to ensure correct processing.

  • Email a tracking number with the RMA # to This ensures that the product is correctly tracked and received, and that the RMA is not cancelled if it is shipped on the cutoff date.
