Overview
Product Description
All of our 8' Aluminum Side Poles are created using schedule 40, 6061-T6 anodized aluminum - meaning they are both tempered and artificially aged for enhanced durability. The pole's outside diameter is 2 3/8" (60.33 mm), with an overall length of 8' (244 m). Aluminum poles are lighter than the comparable sized galvanized steel poles making transporting them to and from installation sites easier. As with all side poles, we recommend installations use anti-sink plates beneath all poles to prevent them from slipping or sinking into moist soil.
